1. What services do we offer?
We provide high-quality mobile detailing including exterior washes, waxing, ceramic coatings, interior deep cleaning, engine bay detailing, and fleet maintenance.
2. Do you come to me?
Yes! We are a 100% mobile service. We come to your home, office, or designated location fully equipped with everything we need including water and electricity.
3. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule by calling us directly, messaging us on social media, or using our online booking system [if available].
4. What areas do you serve?

5. What do I need to prepare before the appointment?
Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle, and ensure we have access to the space around it. We’ll handle the rest!
6. How long does detailing take?
It depends on the service. Standard details take between 1.5 to 3 hours, while more intensive services like ceramic coating can take up to 6 hours.
7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
8. Do you offer discounts for multiple vehicles or fleets?
Yes! We offer custom packages and competitive pricing for fleet clients and multiple vehicle bookings.

By booking with Royal Import Garage, you agree to the following terms:

Scheduling & Cancellations: Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute cancellations may incur a $25 fee.

Vehicle Condition: Excessively dirty vehicles (ex: heavy pet hair, mold, biohazards) may be subject to additional charges or refused service if unsafe.

Access: The vehicle must be accessible at the time of the appointment. Missed appointments with no access will be considered a cancellation.

Liability: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or items left in the vehicle. We take great care in our work, but cannot guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or scratches.

Payment: Payment is due at time of service via cash, card, Zelle, or other accepted methods.

Photos: We may take before/after photos for quality control and marketing. Your license plate and personal info will be kept private. Notify us if you wish to opt out.

Refund Policy – Royal Import Garage
We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with your detailing, please notify us within 24 hoursof your appointment.
Refund & Resolution Policy:

We will first offer a free re-cleaning or correction of any area that did not meet expectations.

If the issue still cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at management’s discretion.

Refunds are not provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or for dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations (e.g. permanent stains or damage).
